Q1 has officially flown by. Managing a business and having a little one has been a learning curve but I feel like we’re starting to get the hang of things over here. The business has grown exponentially in the first quarter... we actually tripled our revenue. Throughout all of this growth life beyond the business has been just as exciting & busy.
Traveling with a little one... If you know me or my husband then you know we are constantly on the go. In Sawyer's first seven months of life he has been to ranches across the state, the Texas coast, and Kentucky twice. I will say we slowed down a lot on the travel, however, now we're back in full throttle spending more weekends away than in town.
We have packing down to a science. Whether it's flying to Kentucky or loading up Ross' truck - packing is quick and easy and we always have all the essentials on hand.
If we're heading the ranch, the coast, or anywhere within driving distance, here are some essentials on my packing list:

- Jon Hart Cooler (This is for his baby food which is great if you're nursing or pumping and need to bring milk)
- Portable Activity Center
- Fast Table Chair (We don't leave the house without this -- anytime we go out to eat we bring it)
- Coterie Diapers
- Pipette Wipes & Shampoo
- Dagne & Dover Diaper Bag
- Portable Sound Machine
- Reusable Swim Diaper
The grind truly never stops outside of work hours with a little one. I look forward to each week and new adventure making the most of (and longest packing list for) the ups & downs that come with it.
